No Pumpkin Coffee For Me!
My stomach is feeling much better today. It really felt like I had eaten something bad rather than a bug! Whatever it was, is out of my system now I guess!
I was starving this morning since I hardly ate anything yesterday so I made a yummy peanut butter, banana, cinnamon sandwich and also had a mini blueberry muffin that I had at the house!
And even though I am generally leery of what I eat after my stomach is upset (so that I dont upset it again) I
wanted needed coffee, so I headed off to Starbucks!
I always seem to forget that for some reason I do not care for their pumpkin spice flavor. It is something just about theirs in particular. I have tried it before and it just never does it for me. Well dangit, it slipped my mind again and I ordered one this morning.
“Pumpkin sauce”… funny. Anyway, I drank a little and it just wasnt working for me. Oh well, probably best that I dont drink a humungo coffee after my stomach being upset anyway!
Remember how I randomly cleaned my house one morning before work? Well this morning that randomness struck again. I had some spare time after getting ready for work and decided to do some vacuuming? Weird but it is always refreshing to have clean floors!
My fitness instructor emailed me last night after class asking why I wasnt there and if everything was ok. He may have been worried I wussed out if my hips were still hurting! Haha! (They really do feel better!) He is on top of things, which is good and I think some people (okay, me included at times) need that extra kick in the ass to make it to class! I look forward to going tonight!
