First things first, how do you guys like the new do? (i.e. new title, etc)
Secondly, it is supposed to be 77 degrees today and it is already so beautiful out I must say. I already have a long walk with Kona planned at lunchtime today. The only problem with that is it makes me not want to go back to work. Ha!
I’m actually kind of sweating drinking my coffee and eating my oatmeal this morning to be honest, but I like it.
I sucked it up and decided to go to training last night and rest today and then go tomorrow night again. I’m glad I went last night because it was an extra hard circuit which = extra calories burned and extra sweaty.
We did Russian twists with a kettlebell, squats with a bar and overhead press on the way up (the overhead press was tough for me after squatting), rolling tucks, hanging bicep curls with TRX straps, lunges with resistance bands, and a bunch more. It was a very fast paced constant moving one and I was exhausted at the end.
Since I was pooped, dinner was speedy when I got home.
And guess what happens when your metal corn on the cob holder goes through the garbage desposal? (besides the worst. sound. ever).
