A Post By Numbers

Woah… yes, here I am. After a nice week (okay, week and a half) I am back in action and feeling normal again.

Rather than boring you with a longwinded post about what kind of craziness the last week (okay, week and a half) has been – I figured I would give you a little “Post by numbers” style instead.

ONE. The number of times I worked out/went to training in the last week. Yes, sad. Though I somehow shockingly have lost weight. I blame it on the excessive sweating due to the 100+ degree weather.

TWO. The measly number of nights I have cooked dinner. This is true (and makes me sad also). We have been eating on the go or random things here and there because we have been all over the place going back and forth to people’s houses, the lake, etc.

THREE. The number of times we went to the lake.

FOUR. The number of nights I have worked late.

FIVE. Number of bottles of wine I have drank. Hey, that is pretty good for me…I mean you figure five bottles in 10 days? Bravo. That is like one bottle every other day rather than one bottle every night.

SIX. The lame average amount of hours I have been sleeping each night. This is lame because I usually sleep 8-9 hours.

SEVEN. The number of times I have complained that I wish I was going to Alaska in a couple weeks with Torrance.

EIGHT. Number of days Torrance’s mom was in town visiting.

NINE. The number of days since I have blogged… which makes me sad, though the break from one less thing was needed.

TEN. The number of hours I have spent catching up on everyone’s blog. Kidding… though it did take a while, but I don’t like missing out on stuff!

ELEVEN: Number of time I have watched this and laughed. I don’t know if I laugh because it is ridiculous or if it’s because it is so corny. Either way, there is something that just makes me laugh. And I like the cows and am impressed by their sprinkler move.

Yep, basically, the last week was a blur. After his mom left on Monday, things have settled down and been getting back to the norm which is always nice.

However, moving into our new apartment starts this weekend! I am excited about it. It should be a fairly simple move considering we are just moving two buildings down so I can make some small trips here and there. (We are staying in our apartment complex just upgrading to a bigger apartment, in case you’re wondering). It may be somewhat of a pain though since we are moving OUT of a 3rd floor and into a 2nd floor in a different building, so it will involve lots of stairs!

Have a fabulous Thursday!

Normal blogging should resume on Monday Smile

  • When was the last time you just needed a break from “life?”
  • Catch me up!! – what is something exciting you have been up to in the last week?

  7. Whew you have been busy! I’m glad your back, and I hope you enjoyed your break. 🙂

Most exciting thing this past week…my PT client and I were walking some hills for our cardio and got caught in a crazy downpour of rain and had to walk nearly a mile in it! It was hysterical and we were both completely drenched (like even my underwear and socks were soaked). We’re hardcore haha.
