A Day’s Worth Of Food (AKA “what I stuff in my pie hole all day”)

First of all – HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

I am actually not doing anything festive for it this year, kind of sad but we just didn’t plan anything and it really feels like it snuck up on me this year!

So today I figured that for something different since I haven’t been sharing a lot of food stuff lately, I would share a days worth of eating with you – in particular, this is how yesterday went. Which just so happened to be a day where I didn’t pack a lunch.

  • What’s your pre-workout snack? What about post-workout snack?
  • Where are some of your favorite places to grab a quick lunch if you don’t pack one?
    My current favorite quick lunch pick-ups are Subway, Panera, and this local Greek cafe!

    As well as the places you mentioned (minus the cafe!), I like Chipotle and Pacific Wok. I don’t think Pacific Wok is a very big chain, but it is healthy Asian food. Think rice noodles, chicken, and tons of veggies all sauteed together. Yum!

  3. Chipotle and Panera are definite favorites. I also like sub places other than Subway. I can’t stand Subway! Maybe I ate it too much in college during my obsessive calorie counting days. But I just think it’s gross. :/
